This year most of the Martin kids were spending Christmas with their in-laws so Michelle's parents decided to have everyone together the week before to open the grand kids gifts and exchange our sibling gifts. Drew had fun opening up his gift from the grandparents, a tractor that moved and made sounds. The kids loved playing together and we enjoyed spending a little time celebrating Christmas.
Michelle's parents gave us a Bissell carpet cleaner which will be nice since we have a house and kids that are going to get our carpet and furniture dirty a lot faster than usual.
Next year we should all be together except for Jill and Brian. We will have a lot of fun as the little kids get older and understand how this present thing works.
